Introduction
In this Service Agreement, “you” and “your” refer to each “customer.” Including each (agent) you designate to act on your behalf. “High Profile Mobile Detailing” herein shall refer to High Profile Mobile Detailing, its members, managers, and employees. This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. If you designate a person to act on your behalf, you agree that this person is your agent with full authority to act on your behalf with respect to such services and your vehicle. High Profile Mobile Detailing will not accept a job without a written agreement. Please refer to the accompanying Service Order or specific information regarding the day and time of your requested service(s), specific to your vehicle. By using our service, you agree to the terms of this agreement, without modification to you.
PREPARATION
Removal of all trash, and personal items including money and other significant items Will not accept liability for loss or damage to property including the vehicle, belongings or location of service ALL details are at the customers own risk, must be able to withstand standard detailing processes Not liable for discharged batteries during or after the service. We cannot guarantee exact times when accepting your booking! Duration of the detail is an estimate only. Whilst every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, staff
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION FEES CAN VARY, DEPENDING ON THE SCHEDULED SERVICE(S)
48+ Hours Notice: No Fee
24-48 Hours Notice: $75+
Less than 24 Hours Notice: $150+
No Call/No Show: FULL Service Amount
Vehicle unable to be detailed upon arrival: FULL Service Amount
RESCHEDULING
PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE!
Rescheduling of jobs can happen and we may accommodate (1) rescheduling of service with CURRENT CLIENTS in 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any rescheduling of jobs or cancellation of jobs after the 24 hour time period will incur a cancellation fee (as mentioned above). High Profile Mobile Detailing reserves the right to cancel/ reschedule based on staff health, traffic, weather, or equipment/vehicle issues.
Gift Certificate appointments follow the same cancellation policy
ARRIVAL TIME
High Profile Mobile Detailing reserves the right to push out the time of your appointment due to traffic, weather, previous detail duration. This will be communicated to you in the earliest manner! We ask that you be patient with our arrival! Contact Us if you have any questions!
VEHICLE(S)
When booking our services, you agree to provide High Profile Mobile Detailing personnel with access and keys to your vehicle to perform any Auto-Related services that “You”, or “Client”, agree to allowing High Profile Mobile Detailing perform the services on your service order, as well as the rights to operate your vehicle in order to complete scheduled services.
PRE-EXSITING CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
High Profile Mobile Detailing will document any observed Pre-Existing damages but is not liable for the Pre-Existing Damages. In all cases and at all times, we're acting in the best interests of your vehicle and will work with undivided care and attention to achieve the best results f any damage occurs under High Profile Mobile Detailing care, you will be notified. High Profile Mobile Detailing provides no guarantees or warranties. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. High Profile Mobile Detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
